Servicedly is a trading name of Stripout London Ltd. These Terms apply to all purchases and use of the Servicedly subscription.
1. Who we are
Servicedly is operated by Stripout London Ltd (Company No. 13654607), Registered Office: 30 Great North Road, Brookmans Park, Hatfield, Herts, AL9 6NF. VAT Registration No: 430 6273 21.
Important: Any contract for the Servicedly subscription is formed with Stripout London Ltd (not with "Servicedly" as a separate company). Your bank or card statement may show a charge from Stripout London Ltd — this is correct.
2. The service
Servicedly is a monthly AI visibility infrastructure and trust oversight subscription for UK emergency trade businesses. We manage and maintain the structured information — across directories, schema markup, and AI-readable data sources — that AI assistants and search platforms rely on when recommending local service businesses.
Servicedly is not an SEO campaign service, not a lead generation service, and not an advertising platform. We do not promise rankings, traffic, enquiries, leads, or revenue outcomes. The service provides structured infrastructure oversight, not guaranteed commercial results.
3. Subscription tiers
Servicedly is available on three monthly subscription tiers:
- Foundation — £297/month plus VAT. Includes AI Presence Audit, citation and directory synchronisation (12 core sources), NAP consistency monitoring, schema markup deployment, and monthly Foundation Brief.
- Reinforced — £397/month plus VAT. Includes all Foundation deliverables plus the Authority Reinforcement Layer (24 directories), signal health score, coverage map, quarterly category schema updates, priority processing, and monthly Reinforcement Brief.
- Protection — £497/month plus VAT. Includes all Reinforced deliverables plus a monthly AI Interpretation Snapshot, automated drift monitoring, 48-hour automated correction cycle (where drift is detected), and monthly Protection Brief.
Optional add-on services (including AI Ads management) may be offered to eligible clients and are subject to separate pricing and eligibility criteria communicated at the time of offer.
4. Billing, upgrades and cancellation
- All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
- Billing is monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month.
- There is no minimum term. You may cancel at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
- Upgrades between tiers take effect immediately and are prorated against your current billing period.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
- To cancel or change tier, contact support@servicedly.com or use the Stripe customer portal link provided in your billing emails.
Taxes are calculated by Stripe Tax. If you provide a valid VAT number, VAT treatment is handled by Stripe in line with applicable rules.
5. Deliverables and service scope
Each tier includes a monthly brief (PDF) delivered by email. The brief summarises work completed, current infrastructure status, and next-cycle focus. Deliverable timelines:
- Initial setup and first brief: within 30 days of subscription start.
- Monthly briefs: delivered within the applicable billing cycle.
- AI Interpretation Snapshot (Protection tier): delivered within 30 days of each billing cycle.
- Drift correction cycle (Protection tier): automated correction triggered within 48 hours of a confirmed drift event.
All deliverables are provided digitally by email. No physical materials are supplied. We reserve the right to adjust the specific activities within each tier to reflect changes in AI platform behaviour, directory availability, or industry best practice, provided the core scope and value of the tier is maintained.
6. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete business information during onboarding and for notifying us promptly of any material changes (for example, change of address, phone number, or trading name). Where access to third-party platforms is required (for example Google Business Profile), you remain responsible for maintaining your accounts and permissions. We are not liable for delays or quality issues caused by inaccurate information or failure to provide required access.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Servicedly materials or outputs to mislead customers or platforms, or to make false claims about licensing, insurance, qualifications, locations, or reviews. Any such misuse may result in immediate suspension without refund.
8. Third-party services and AI platforms
Servicedly works with and across third-party platforms including (but not limited to) Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, AI assistants, and online directories. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, changes to their policies, or how they choose to display, interpret, or rank information. AI recommendation behaviour is determined by those platforms and cannot be guaranteed or predicted.
9. AI Ads add-on — specific terms
Where the AI Ads add-on is offered and accepted, the following additional terms apply:
- AI Ads is an optional promotion placement management service, not a guaranteed lead generation service.
- Exact placement behaviour varies by platform and cannot be guaranteed.
- Client ad spend budgets are managed by the client and billed directly by the relevant platform (not by Stripout London Ltd).
- Eligibility for AI Ads is assessed at our discretion and may be withdrawn if eligibility criteria are no longer met.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses (including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, leads, or business opportunity).
- Our total aggregate liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you to Stripout London Ltd in that period.
- You acknowledge that the service provides infrastructure oversight and structured maintenance, not guaranteed commercial outcomes.
11. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time by contacting support@servicedly.com or via the Stripe customer portal. We may suspend or terminate your subscription for non-payment, material breach of these Terms, or if continuing the service would cause legal or reputational harm. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
12. Changes to the service or Terms
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time to reflect operational improvements, legal requirements, or platform changes. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days in advance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Servicedly service.
