This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data on the Servicedly website and within the Servicedly subscription.
1. Data controller
Servicedly is a trading name of Stripout London Ltd (Company No. 13654607), Registered Office: 30 Great North Road, Brookmans Park, Hatfield, Herts, AL9 6NF. VAT Registration No: 430 6273 21.
Any contract for the Servicedly subscription is formed with Stripout London Ltd. If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact support@servicedly.com.
2. What we collect
- Subscription and billing data: name, email, billing address, VAT number (if provided), and subscription identifiers handled by Stripe.
- Service communications: emails you send to support@servicedly.com and messages submitted through onboarding tools (if used).
- Website usage data (optional): aggregated analytics and retargeting cookies, only if you consent via our cookie banner.
3. How we use your data
- To provide the subscription and confirm subscription status.
- To manage billing, VAT treatment and payment security.
- To respond to support requests and deliver service communications.
- To improve clarity and usability of the site (analytics) and to run LinkedIn retargeting from outreach (marketing) — only where you consent.
4. Lawful bases
- Contract: to provide the subscription you purchase.
- Legitimate interests: limited operational communications and service improvement, where appropriate.
- Consent: for optional analytics and marketing cookies.
- Legal obligation: for accounting and VAT records.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies for basic site functionality. Optional cookies are only set if you consent. You can change your preferences at any time using the “Cookies” link in the footer.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which pages and steps are used (for example viewing deliverables, scope, and starting subscription).

6. Sharing and processors
We use the following providers as data processors where needed:
- Stripe for payments, tax and subscription management.
- Netlify for hosting and serverless functions.
- Google (GA4) only if analytics cookies are consented.
- LinkedIn only if marketing cookies are consented.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK (for example in the US). Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK International Data Transfer mechanisms and provider security measures.
8. Data retention
We keep subscription and accounting records for as long as required for legal and operational purposes. Optional analytics data is retained according to provider settings.
